The Cascades is an exclusive senior community.
The Cascades is an exclusive senior residential community where two hundred residents have townhouses. Requirements for consideration for a lease include a positive attitude and the acceptance of your death, freeing you from worry. Residents include the very wealthy who covet the place for a safe shelter in the face of the deteriorating world situation. The Cascades is built with survivalist techniques and the airstrip adjoining the complex makes it convenient for access. Other residents are selected from those who shared their talents to improve society. Similar to the Bohemian Club, The Cascades has residents who would not be able to afford a townhouse and participate in their community without a discount on their townhouse. Rather than have these talented people age with economic insecurity, The Cascades approaches them with the opportunity to move to Northern California.
All residents are engaged in meaningful activities that support the community and enhance self-worth. You can read about the positive changes they make.
